Why NAF University?
Namaste As Fuck is a community dedicated to showing you that you don’t have to “be” a certain way and that you are exactly right, just the way you are. We are here to make space for your light AND your dark, your good days and your bad days.
You guys couldn’t get enough of our message and our retreats, so we decided to make another way for you to bring Namaste As Fuck home and incorporate it into your daily life.
This program was designed by our founder, Alex T. She is a bodyworker, yoga teacher & energy healer - but more importantly, she has experienced anxiety, bouts of depression and crippling self-doubt for her entire life. Using the tools and practices we will share with you in this course, she worked her way out of a political staffing career she never wanted, unhealthy relationships and feeling like total shit in her body and turned her life to turn it into one she loves.
While she has thousands of hours of training in yoga, bodywork, energy healing, somatics and more, the most valuable teachings she has to offer are from her own healing journey. She has and is going through this process right along with you.
