What To Expect

WELCOME TO: Let That Shit Go

A lesson on self care, protecting your energy & the art making space for you!

Namaste As Fuck University

You’re here because you’re ready. You’re sick of feeling stressed out, exhausted and living your life for other people.

Your relationships, your job, your family & your connection to yourself all might feel like something is missing - but you can’t quite put your finger on it.

The good news is, THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH HOW YOU FEEL. And you are not alone.

It just takes a bit of time, dedication & support to dig deep, learn what you need and how to give that to yourself.

Congratulations on making the first step, it’s all downhill from here <3

During the next 5 weeks of NAF university we will introduce small mindset changes that you can start to incorporate into your life. We will focus on your relationships with yourself and those around you while also setting aside time to create goals for the future. This course only works as hard as you do.

Best Practices

We know that life can be crazy, unpredictable, and hard to organize sometimes. And that is OKAY! But here are some tips on how we have been successful. Use them or lose them!!

- Be consistent each week with the way you move through the program: Pick a day that you begin each week - whether that be Sunday, Monday, Tuesday… you get the idea! Having a starting point each week that works for you and your schedule will allow you to move through the program, giving you a week to truly sit with each week’s practice.

- On that day, try to read through all of the curriculum - including watching the guided video mediation or lesson. That way you are able to reflect on this throughout the next 5-6 days. You may be surprised at what sitting with these practices over the course of a week can do to your understanding.

- Don’t be afraid to read, re-read, rewatch and relisten throughout the week. Watch the video once, twice, or even 5 times! You may catch something you didn’t the first or second time, as your conscious and subconscious reflect throughout the week!

- Set aside 10-15 minutes of time each day to think about the questions asked and meditate on the life changes you are working on.

- Some people might find it helpful to keep a journal to write down any thoughts that pass through their mind each day - it can be a physical journal or just open the notes app on your phone.

- One set back does not mean you need to leave the entire course, remember NAF University is about learning and taking the time to be comfortable in your skin.

Warm Up Journaling Exercise

IDENTIFY YOUR GOALS - How do we know we get there if we don’t know where we’re going??

Before diving deep into the course take some time to think about what you want to gain from NAF University. Find a journal, open the notes app on you, or scribble in the corners of a book your answers to the following questions and write a love note to yourself:

  • What are your favorite qualities about yourself?

  • What goals are you currently trying to achieve?

  • What are your favorite aspects of your life?

  • What qualities do you love about yourself but hide from the world sometimes?

BEFORE YOU BEGIN - by signing up for NAF University I agree that I know that Namaste As Fuck and everyone involved in the making of this online program are not doctors or psychiatrists and they are also not me! I agree that I know what is best for myself and I will take actions as needed to ensure that I am safe. I know that the ideas expressed in these videos, meditations, journals and other materials are opinions and personal experience. This is not by any means a substitute for medical or psychological treatment or evaluation. If anything doesn’t feel right I will seek professional help. If I don’t feel like doing anything, I won't do it.
